Having loved A Little Bird for many years and followed many of their recommendations, I couldn't be more thrilled to be interviewed by Daisy Allsup about my time at Sotheby's and my ceramics for the National Portrait Gallery. Please click the link below to see the interview.
National Portrait Gallery
In March 2020, the National Portrait Gallery will unveil a major new exhibition celebrating the glamour and eccentricity of High Society and the avant-garde of the twenties and thirties, as seen through the eye of renowned British photographer Cecil Beaton.
To complement the exhibition Joanna has created a range of handmade, contemporary ceramics inspired by Beaton’s work, exclusively for the National Portrait Gallery shop. The collection is named after two of Beaton’s high society sitters, as well as the photographer himself, with each piece being uniquely hand crafted.
Cecil Beaton’s Bright Young Things is on view at the National Portrait Gallery from 12 March to 7 June 2020. Joanna's range will be available to purchase from the National Portrait Gallery shop, as well as at the NPG Online Shop.
